Masters of Science in Medical Science Program
The Masters of Science in Medical Science is a program designed for trainees interested in pursuing a career in academic medicine, to provide opportunity for promising clinically trained individuals to develop into independent biomedical academicians, and to facilitate the transition from postdoctoral training to a career as an independent investigator and educator.
The MS program at Ohio State offers a respected route to physicians in preparation for full-time academic careers. Physicians are able to pursue their individual academic needs and interests within their respective specializations. Physicians are able to improve their teaching, research and administrative skills as well.
